A leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company wanted to add an EMR to its portfolio of clinical information and RCM solutions. The new product needed to integrate with the company’s existing web-based systems and be usable on a tablet.
the SOLUTION
As part of an initial “buy vs. build” decision, PointClear conducted a due diligence assessment of an acquisition target, including application usability, clinical workflow and technology. Once the company decided to build its own technology, PointClear designed a tablet-based EMR, integrating user research and clinical workflow documentation to create a user-friendly, seamlessly integrated solution.
